RREACH seeks broad transparency by submitting our financial statements and operating practices to governmental and nonprofit oversight groups in the U.S. Here are some integrity touchpoints:

State of Texas – Incorporated in the State of Texas on May 7, 1987, RREACH has maintained its incorporation in good standing and without any issue since that time.

United States Internal Revenue Service – The IRS recognized RREACH as a 501(c)(3) charitable organization beginning in May 1988. We have maintained this status in good standing since that time. As such, RREACH can accept tax-deductible donations.

The Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability – The ECFA is an accrediting and accountability organization overseeing not-for-profit organizations. RREACH has maintained membership in good standing since 1990, which requires annually submitting documentation affirming our adherence to high standards for proper stewardship of donations.

Charity Navigator – This organization rates charitable organizations based on their use of resources, granting 1–4 stars based on performance. RREACH has maintained a 4-star rating since 2013 with a 100% score for Accountability and Transparency.

Guidestar – In 2013, this organization began rating charitable organizations as bronze, silver, gold or platinum annually based on their use of resources. RREACH has maintained a platinum rating since that time.

Excellence in Giving / Intelligent Philanthropies – This entity analyzes a charitable organization’s outcomes and effectiveness in activities and makes recommendations to major donors. RREACH has been a participating member since 2013.
