The Dallas Global Proclamation Academy (“Dallas Global”) is an annual, three-week, intensive training institute designed to connect, unite and strengthen young pastoral leaders from countries around the world, primarily in Africa, Asia and Latin America where church health is not keeping up with church growth. This strategic initiative substantially contributes to reducing the deficit of trained pastors.
Dallas Global is held on the campus of Dallas Theological Seminary each June. Delegates must be referred to RREACH to enter the detailed application and approval process. Upon arrival, pastors are trained by world-renowned Master Coaches, primarily presidents and deans of evangelical seminaries, who train delegates in biblical spirituality, theological discernment and expository preaching. Intentional relationship-building within each “cohort” of 25 pastors lays the foundation for ongoing networking, encouragement and multiplication. RREACH sees God working through Dallas Global graduates to deliver spiritual health worldwide, shaping the Church to expedite implementation of the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus Christ.
RREACH has seen more than 330 pastoral leaders from over 100 countries attend Dallas Global since its origin twenty years ago in 2005. Suspended due to COVID, the resumption of Dallas Global in 2024 saw 27 pastors from 27 countries added to the academy’s graduate numbers.

We know the Lord Jesus Christ hears our prayers, and we have many praises and requests.
