RREACH’s first operational value is “Only God.” One way we recognize and live our dependence on Him is by beginning, covering and ending every aspect of ministry in prayer, with thanksgiving.
Dr. Richard says, “Prayer precedes ministry,” and as the Lord continues to open doors for his ministry, we realize afresh the need for prayer.

Pray for Rajiv Richard's recovery | December 30, 2020
Dear Praying Friend,
Thanks to the many of you who have written inquiring about Rajiv Richard, Dr. Richard’s youngest brother and RREACH’s coordinator of international events. Before Christmas, Rajiv was hospitalized with COVID-19, complicated by asthma. God is hearing our bold approach for him to find mercy and receive grace in time of need.
Rajiv seemed to make progress two nights ago, although with some regression. Right now, his condition is stable. Doctors need to see improvement with his oxygen without the non-rebreather mask. Please continue to pray for Rajiv (he cannot talk at all since oxygen drops when he removes the mask) and also for his wife, Sushila, who of course is not allowed to see him.

Weekly Godward 45 minutes | December 17, 2020
Dear Praying Friend,
Each Sunday evening (Dallas time), Dr. Richard hosts a special prayer time called PRAYERREACH. It is open to anyone who has a heart to seek God on behalf of our tumultuous world.
The 45-minute audio-only weekly teleconference began in March in response to the fear and devastation caused by the pandemic and then expanded to encompass other weighty world matters. The prayer time goes fast. Praise God for the technology that makes it possible. Brothers and sisters join from all over the world—Malaysia to Guyana, Zambia to Thailand, Argentina to Canada.
Please ask God to direct Dr. Richard regarding the future of this special prayer time. Pray for participation to continue to grow and deepen, that God will bring the right participants to these powerful and precious sessions. Pray for sensitivity to His Spirit about topics to cover each week. Pray for Dr. Richard as he leads this time.

A “Most Maximum” use of office space | December 10, 2020
Dear Praying Friend,
We praise God for the office space He has given RREACH. We have been in the same location for more than 10 years. As pandemic-related restrictions altered ministry realities and needs throughout 2020, we realized that the future will look different than the past. Dr. Richard’s ministry swivel and realignment process adapted our office space accordingly. He made the following decisions:
Reduce the dedicated workstations needed as staff does more from home. We still maintain the space and resources for staff on a rotating, as needed basis.
Move the RREACH board and meeting room from rented external space into the RREACH space.
Remodel one office into a dedicated recording studio.
While these moves reduce some costs, the set-up of an in-house meeting space and studio requires furnishings and equipment. Praise God for His direction in making these changes. Please pray that we will maximize this new allocation of space for ministry. Pray for God to provide quality furnishings and equipment at minimal cost. Pray that everything we do with and in the RREACH office space will promote the Lord Jesus and the proclamation of His Word.

Pray for preparations for this meeting—compiling of reports, staff presenting reports, logistical details. Finally, pray for excellent implementation of policies to God’s glory.

PREACHERREACH Academy (en español) | November 29, 2020
Dear Praying Friend,
Praise God for the launch of PREACHERREACH Academy (Español). The Lord willing, this intensive two-week online academy will feature a 10-day program (Nov. 30 – Dec. 11) of about 2 hours per day to strengthen pastoral leaders to better expound God’s Word.
Attendees will receive concentrated instruction in Dr. Richard’s seven step method for expository preaching via video and live teaching from him and/or other selected faculty. They will participate in breakouts, fellowship sessions and do homework! Most importantly, they will prepare and present a sermon using this field-tested Scripture Sculpture method.
Pray for God to bring the right number of participants. Pray for His hand to be on the teachers and the technology facilitators. Pray for videos to play properly. Pray for clear instruction and life-changing learning. The seven step process takes discipline to learn and apply. Pray that pastoral leaders will learn and produce biblical sermons. Praise God for people who have donated to RREACH to make it possible for Spanish-speaking pastoral leaders to study at no cost to them (except internet access).
