Prayer
Only God
RREACH’s first operational value is “Only God.” One way we recognize and live our dependence on Him is by beginning, covering and ending every aspect of ministry in prayer, with thanksgiving.
Dr. Richard says, “Prayer precedes ministry,” and as the Lord continues to open doors for his ministry, we realize afresh the need for prayer.
Please take a moment to pray and praise over the updates on this page, featuring a daily prayer calendar at the beginning of each month. Also let us know how we can pray for you!

Prayer Updates
“Year of the GProCongress” | July 17, 2015
Dear praying friends,
The Dallas GPA typically creates the busiest season for Dr. Richard and RREACH, but in this “Year of the GProCongress,” the snowball of preparations is rolling ever-faster and larger along the countdown to Bangkok, now only 11 months away. Dr. Richard has had major meetings with the Congress Core team in Dallas and in Colorado this week. Would you please pray specifically over these team members as they take on impossible tasks believing God is bringing this vision to reality?

GProCongress core team to meet; 2015 Dallas GPA complete | July 9, 2015
Dear praying friends,
The GProCongress core team is to gather in Dallas for several days of planning next week. Casting vision, sourcing key speakers, mobilizing attendees, and developing financial support are primary undertakings. Please ask the Lord for increased clarity, strength, unity and joy for all involved as the depth, breadth and speed of preparations increase.
Thank you for your prayers, encouragement and many kinds of support during the demanding but worthwhile 2015 Dallas GPA. God blessed greatly. Twenty-six fine young pastoral leaders have graduated and returned to their 26 different countries better connected, united and strengthened to proclaim the Lord Jesus Christ. Please intercede for total protection and global provision for all 248 grads from the 10 Dallas GPAs held since 2005 as they serve.
Dr. Richard’s Media Outreach messages, distributed online and through social media, continue to spur people to think about the Lord Jesus Christ in new ways. Please remember to pray for hearers to place their faith in Him.
Finally, lift up Dr. Richard’s and Bonnie’s physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. We praise God for how He has sustained them and ask His ongoing favor on them.

Four days/357 days to go | June 23, 2015
Dear praying friends,
There are just four days until the 2015 Dallas GPA graduation and 357 days until the GProCongress. Please pray that Dr. Richard, the RREACH staff and the GProCongress team will steward every moment with wisdom, intentionality, ingenuity and Christlike character, by the power of the Holy Spirit.
Specific Dallas GPA needs:
Energy and endurance for the 26 GPA pastors (and the RREACH/GPA staff) to finish this concentrated three weeks well
Giving to cover the final 7 percent of funds needed for the GPA
All details of the graduation banquet to be executed with excellence
Dr. Richard’s preparation for the graduation event – the charge and other comments
Specific GProCongress needs:
A dynamic “Year of the Congress” launch this Saturday, June 27
Development of a dynamic program and availability of the right speakers/session leaders
Funding to meet sizeable cash flow requirements over the new few months
The Congress vision to continue to spread among strategic mobilizers and pastoral trainers
Thank you for praying!

Urgent prayer for Christians in the Middle East | June 17, 2015
Dear praying friends,
On the first day of Ramadan one year ago, the Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham, ISIS, officially began its campaign of terror. The atrocities they have committed, primarily against followers of the Lord Jesus Christ, have dominated news reports. Many in the Middle East expect the group to escalate violence during Ramadan, June 17 – July 17, 2015, in celebration of their one-year anniversary.
This morning, the 2015 class of Dallas GPA delegates from 26 different countries gathered around Pastor AA, their brother from Syria, to cry out to the Lord about the imminent threat. Dr. Richard wishes to ask all of us, also, to pray urgently and fervently. Please pray
That God will give His people the strength to endure and be at peace.
That those being persecuted will deepen in faith and love, and be glorious witnesses of the Lord Jesus Christ.
For God’s miraculous deliverance
Of the persecuted from earthly evil, for the glory of His name.
Of the persecutors, from heart evil, that they may be transformed to glorify Jesus' name.

Midway through Dallas GPA, one year until GProCongress | June 16, 2015
Dear praying friends,
Week two of the 2015 Dallas GPA has begun! Thank you for your prayers. This year’s 26 delegates come from Asia, Africa, South America, Central America, the Caribbean, Eastern Europe and the Middle East. After a week of intentional relationship-building and the weekend with local host families, several have expressed the conviction to be more global in ministry outlook. Continue to pray for this bonding, for sensitivity to each Master Coach’s message, and for overall protection as they move through the middle stretch of the GPA.
Yesterday Dr. Richard was in the classroom with the pastors. The rest of the week he continues to be involved with the GPA while also preparing his message for the graduation and attending to several upcoming speaking engagements and GProCongress (just one year away!) details. We praise God for providing a Congress program manager. Please pray for good progress in pulling a dynamic and beneficial program together. Also intercede for strategic connections Dr. Richard would like to make over the next few months.
