BALI IS A SPECIAL PLACE FOR HAGGAI INTERNATIONAL
It was in Bali during the 1960’s that John Edmund Haggai wrestled with a God-given vision. In those few days of prayer, he was inspired to begin a global ministry that would equip leaders to demonstrate and present the Gospel of Jesus Christ – a ministry that has stayed true to its calling ever since. Fifty years after the first international session, and with the number of Haggai leaders now standing at over 108,000 in 188 nations – Bali is to host the Haggai International Golden Jubilee celebration. With the theme EVERY NATION, it will be a global event showcasing every aspect of the ministry.
There will be powerful spiritual messages, praise and worship, times of prayer and fellowship, global ministry updates, workshops and cultural presentations – all focused on evangelism. Regional alumni summits have been held in Asia/Pacific, Africa and most recently Latin America. The Golden Jubilee builds on that foundation, and will be a global event open to Haggai leaders worldwide.
GUEST SPEAKER DR. RAMESH RICHARD
In addition to more than thirty years of faculty service, Dr. Richard is founder and president of Ramesh Richard Evangelism and Church Health (RREACH), a global proclamation ministry that seeks to evangelize leaders and strengthen pastors primarily of Asia, Africa, and Latin America. He has ministered in over 100 countries, speaking to wide-ranging audiences, from pastors in rural areas to heads of state.
In partnership with DTS, RREACH launched the Global Proclamation Academy to equip influential young pastors from all over the world. Dr. Richard is also the founder of Trainers of Pastors International Coalition (TOPIC) and the general convener of the 2016 Global Proclamation Congress for Pastoral Trainers. He and his wife, Bonnie, have three grown children and two grandchildren.
