We are excited to announce that a National Global Proclamation Academy (National GPA) is taking place in the Central African Republic, August 9th through the 18th in 2018. To be considered, pastors must be 38 years of age or younger, fluent in the native language, the main pastor of their congregation, and have a vision for pastoral training and multiplication. If this describes you, then we would like to invite you to apply to attend this training. Likewise, we encourage you to recommend any pastors that fit this description for the upcoming National Global Proclamation Academy.
The History: From 2011 to 2016, RREACH sponsored 49 National GPAs, which have trained 1,220 pastors from 56 countries. Capitalizing on GProCongress momentum, RREACH has set a goal of conducting 25 national Global Proclamation Academies (GPAs) per year from 2017 through 2020.
The National GPA: National GPAs are 10-day peer-level training and networking sessions hosted around the globe. They feature esteemed Master Coaches primarily from the region who focus their teaching on two of the three core needs of pastoral ministry— preaching, thinking and living biblically. This is a once-in-a-lifetime, experience for young pastoral leaders from your country.
The Outcome: National GPAs provide pastors with peer-nourishment and equip them to reach out to additional pastoral leaders, multiplying their training deeper into their local contexts. Pastoral health is systematically enhanced by better delivery of more pastoral training with coordinated follow-up. Healthy pastors lead healthier churches, and healthier churches are better able to reach their communities for the Lord Jesus Christ.
